With so much information available on exercise, nutrition and health, it can be super confusing deciding what to do next. So, along with coaching you through personalized workouts, I will help you narrow down the healthy habits to focus on.

KINESIOLOGIST PERSPECTIVE

I have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, the study of human movement and a keen eye for proper movement or lack there of. You will get so much more out an exercise if it’s done correctly, which will save you time and lead to better results in the long run.

 GOAL FOCUSED

I will help you to create weekly action items & stay accountable to them. This involves weekly emails and additional check-ins if needed. I’m your coach and cheerleader!!
