Although exercise is her emphasis, she respects that all pillars of health in unison contribute to weight loss, strength gains, body sculpting, functional pain-free movement, recovery from an injury and a better quality of life. Therefore her programs are holistic in nature and respect proper rest & recovery.
Danni has a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology – the study of human movement.
As such, Danni takes each client through a movement patterns assessment. The information gathered during this assessment is used to create an exercise program that is individualized, efficient and targets specific muscle groups to produce the greatest results in the shortest period of time. At the same time, each program is designed to balance strength with flexibility, decreasing the risk of injury.
Danni will help you to create & stay accountable to healthy goals each week.

By creating weekly goals, healthy habits will become second nature, helping you to achieve the results you’re after in a sustainable fashion. i.e. LASTING RESULTS!
A scheduled 15-30 minute session for you to ask questions and discuss your goals with Danni.
She will help you choose the program that best fits your goals, schedule and finances.
